Some minor fixes to the HTML files:

• Audio adjusted to address crackling on some browsers.
• Map size reduced for Web version to improve performance.
• Save / Load system now includes text data saving (incase saving from your browser doesn't work).
• 18+ Disclaimer screen with loading notification added so you're not staring at a black screen wondering if the game is actually running.
